OATS MINIBITES – SERVES 4



Ingredients: TO PREPARE GREEN DIP


i) 1 bunch Coriander leaves
ii) 1 bunch Mint leaves
iii) 4 Tsp fresh coconut
iv) 2 Tsp lemon juice
v) 1/2 cup powdered groundnut
vi) 1/2 Tsp black pepper
vii) Salt to taste
viii) Blenderize the above ingredients to make a smooth paste

FOR MINIBITES

i) 4 slices Multiseed
ii) Multigrain Bread
iii) 2 Tbsp Roasted oats
iv) 1/2 cup sliced tomatoes
v) 1/2 cup sliced onions
vi) 1/2 cup sliced cucumber
vii) 2 dates
viii) 2 Tsp tamarind paste

Methods:


i) Remove the crust and cut the bread into mini desired shapes.
ii) To one side of the bread, add a layer of the green dip, layer of roasted oats and a layer of vegetables.
iii) To other bread, add a layer of tamarind paste and cover it.
iv) Top the bites with dates and present it well with a toothpick.
